Pearson VUE administers Digital Marketing Institute computer based exams via its global network of test centres. The examination fee is payable directly to Pearson if your program does not include Exam Voucher. PearsonVue require candidates to be min 18yrs of age and in order to be admitted to take the exam, the candidate must bring a valid, unexpired ID which must be government-issued and contains both a photograph and a signature.
A member may express their right to cancel their purchase within 14 days. This request should be sent via email to [email protected]. A full refund will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days of the refund request being received.
This 14 day cooling off period begins from the date of purchase. No refunds will be issued once the 14 day period has passed.
DMI PRO, DMI SPECIALIST and DMI ESSENTIALS members will be granted access to the course material on initial payment.
DMI EXPERT & DMI MASTERS members will be granted access to the first part of the course once the initial payment is processed, access to the remainder of the course will be granted as progress through the course is made.
Membership: Members will be granted access to the membership portal on receipt of the initial membership payment.
Please note the payment will be processed in Ireland, please contact your bank or card provider to discuss any additional fees that may apply.
Subscription holders agree to pay the monthly, annual, or course fee specified when you purchase a Subscription. When signing up to complete a course and you are availing of one our instalment plans, you are committing to paying all instalments under the agreement which you have entered.
Depending on where you transact with us, the type of payment method used, and where your payment method was issued, your transaction with us may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices because of exchange rates and other geographic-specific pricing. Any agreement you have with your payment provider will govern your use of your specified payment method. Your failure to terminate and/or continued use of your Subscription reaffirms that we are authorized to charge you for that Subscription. This does not waive our right to seek payment directly from you.
You may be asked to provide a credit, charge or debit card number from a card issuer that we accept in order to activate your Subscription – your authorizations in this section also apply to our payment processor and any other company who acts as a billing agent for us. You hereby authorize us to charge your specified payment method on a monthly or annual basis, in advance, for recurring Subscriptions, and to charge in advance for any course based or other subscription models, and/or to place a hold on your payment method with respect to any unpaid charges for Subscriptions. You authorize the issuer of your selected payment method to pay any amounts described herein without requiring a signed receipt. You authorize us to continue to attempt to charge and/or place holds with respect to all sums described herein, or any portion thereof, to your payment method until such amounts are paid in full. You agree to provide updated payment information upon request and any time the information you previously provided is no longer valid. You acknowledge and agree that Digital Marketing Institute, will not have any liability whatsoever for any insufficient funds or other charges incurred by you as a result of attempts to charge, and/or place holds on, your specified payment method as contemplated by these Terms.
You agree to pay us, through our payment processors, all charges at the prices then in effect for any purchase in accordance with the applicable payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase. You agree to make payment using the payment method you provide when you sign up for a Subscription. We reserve the right to correct, or to instruct our payment processor or financing partner to correct, any errors or mistakes, even if payment has already been requested or received.
We use Stripe.com to process single and recurring payments for plans and subscriptions. In this case, your card is securely stored with Stripe.com and future transactions are scheduled through Stripe Billing. This process keeps all our customer data secure and allows you to take advantage of our great payment plans and subscription options.
On failure of your agreed subscription payment we will attempt to charge your card a further 3 times. On failure of the fourth attempt we will proceed to cancel your subscription and you will no longer have access to our services. Service will only be reinstated on payment of remaining annual balance upfront.
Failure to meet any agreed payment dates within the specified timeframes will result in the member being withdrawn from the programme and access to the Learning Management System being revoked. All fees paid up to this point are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Early access to your online programme is granted once the course fee is paid. Your official start date, however, is the 1st day of the month following payment, regardless of when the course is first accessed.
For example
If you pay on any date in April 2020, your official start date is May 1st, 2020.
If you pay on any date in May 2020, your official start date is June 1st, 2020.
An invoice issued by the Digital Marketing Institute is valid for a 14day period from the date of issue, the Digital Marketing Institute reserves the right to withdraw an invoice within this period by notifying members in writing.
Members who wish to defer their commencement date of a program may do so in extenuating circumstances for a maximum period of 3 months. Deferrals may only be applied to members once all payments are up to date and are at the discretion of the Digital Marketing Institute.
A Leave of absence may be accommodated for members in extenuating circumstances to an initial maximum period of 3 months. Leave of absence may only be applied to members once all payments are up to date and are at the discretion of the Digital Marketing Institute.
Dual Certification of the "DMI Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP)" certification, the "American Marketing Association Professional Certified Marketer (PCM®) in Digital Marketing", "Certified Digital Marketing Expert" and "PCM® Advanced Digital Marketing" applies to US, Mexican & Canadian residents only. Non-US resident applicants will be considered on a case by case basis.
Personal information may be shared within the AMERICAN MARKETING ASSOCIATION for research, statistical and system administration purposes. Digital Marketing Institute customers and potential customers from the US, Mexico & Canada are given the option to share their personal information with the AMERICAN MARKETING ASSOCIATION and can choose not to do so.
Digital Marketing Institute customers from the US, Mexico & Canada who have purchased a dual certification product will have their personal information shared with the AMERICAN MARKETING ASSOCIATION in order to complete the delivery of the dual certification product. These customers may be contacted by email and/or phone in relation to their examination, certification and student program from Digital Marketing Institute or AMERICAN MARKETING ASSOCIATION.
Upon interest form completion or purchase, personal information from customers and potential customers in specific territories (listed below) will be shared with Monarch Institute and its subsidiary, Digital Academy, for research, statistical and system/course administration purposes. If you choose not to share your details, please do not complete any registration forms where you agree to these terms and conditions.
Digital Marketing Institute customers from the territories listed below may be contacted by email and/or phone in relation to their expression of interest, potential purchase, examination, certification and student program from Monarch Institute and Digital Academy.
The list of territories where personal information will be shared with is as follows: Algeria, American Samoa, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Cook Islands, Egypt, Fiji, French Polynesia, Guam, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kiribati, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Mongolia, Morocco, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Pakistan, Palau, Palestine, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Syria, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Tokelau, Tonga, Tunisia, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna, and Yemen.
Digital Marketing Institute reserves the right to refuse tuition fees and reserves the right to deny any applications.
