Company founded by Ian Dodson & Anthony Quigley and first classroom training on the Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing.

Postgraduate Launch + GIAC
2010 - 2012

We launched our postgraduate course DMI Expert and founded our Industry Advisory Council as well as signing our first educational partner.

EQF Mapping & B2B Offering
2012 - 2016

Quality assurance from the Scottish Qualifications Authority and mapped to European Qualifications Framework.

Investment & Australian Base
2016 - 2018

Received investment from Spectrum Equity of €26 million euros and opened an office in Brisbane, Australia

AMA & Membership
2018 - 2020

Launched membership platform into marketplace and partnered with the American Marketing Association offering Dual Certification on core course content.

Ken has held senior digital leadership positions for over 20 years. He joined the Digital Marketing Institute from his position as CEO of Simply Zesty, a social media marketing agency in Ireland/UK which he led to be acquired. Prior to that he was Group CEO at Saongroup.com, a global online recruitment business.

Michael has over 20 years' international experience in the education and training sector, most recently with the City & Guilds Group. Throughout his career, Michael has held roles including trainer, lecturer, operations manager, quality manager, e-learning development, business development and strategy.

Damien is CFO at Digital Marketing Institute since April 2013. Damien held finance positions in the spaces of property finance and education, prior to completing his training in practice in Audit and Advisory where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Órla has over 17 years' experience working in Human Resource Management, Training and Development. Prior to joining Digital Marketing Institute in 2017, Órla spent 14 years working within the Hospitality industry, her previous role was as Group HR & Training Manager for one of the fastest growing Hostel brands in the world.

Global Sales Director

Pamela joined DMI in August 2015 with the responsibility of developing and growing our direct online and corporate business. Pamela currently leads our Direct Sales Teams based in Ireland, USA and Australia servicing a Global customer base. Previously Pamela worked in Dell Computer Corporate where she held various sales leadership roles over her 17 year tenure with particular focus on new sales team set up and development.
